i have a love-hate relationship with shoes. i love them. especially bright one-of-a-kind shoes. the kind that turn an ok outfit into a head-turning outfit. the kind that make jeans look like the sexiest pants you own.
but they hurt. and they're usually expensive. since being financially independent, my shoe collection has been decreasing in awesomeness as all the shoes i collected in college become outdated and added to the goodwill pile. i still have at least 2 pairs of shoes in every color of the rainbow except purple. i'd like to fix that.
i especially like red shoes. which is why i was drawn to these. i would love to have on red shoes under my wedding gown. but my colors are orange and brown. so that creates a problem, huh? orange is not the "in" color this season either (however a delicious shade of poppy IS...which makes me want to add it to my wedding colors).
or maybe i'll just go barefoot. who knows.
